Following the stresses of yesterday, predictably enough I didn't sleep very well and woke up with my shoulder aching once more. Some ibuprofens and a cod liver oil tablet eased it somewhat, but it's been a strange day. Still, there's not a whole lot I can do about it, other than to try and destress in the usual sort of ways.
